A lot of thought has gone into the planning of Concorde Auriga. One of the key points here, that separates it from any other project, is the use of Sun Path Analysis. We have studied the position of the sun at different points in time during the day to determine the amount of light and heat in each home in this project. Using this study, we have optimally planned and constructed all three towers in such a way that every home in this project has optimal lighting throughout the day. This also keeps the home at the ideal temperate and saves energy that would otherwise be used to keep the home cool.
